A 45-minute mat Pilates class is designed to challenge your body and crack you up. Yes, your abs will be on fire — and not just from laughing at our jokes.

Pilates is a full-body workout that builds balance, strength, and awareness—emphasizing the connection between physical and mental health. Think of it as the hardest “lazy” workout you’ll ever do.

Bring your own mat, water, and towel. All levels are welcome, and adjustments made for injuries or individual needs.

Taught by Amelia Ginac—an improviser and comprehensively certified Pilates instructor. She regularly performs with Pleather Improv at the Pack Theater and brings the same playful energy into her teaching.
